i know its a bit late but just wanted to share my solution i was having the same problem as you guys I tried all of the solutions in this thread nothing worked then i downloaded and installed windows sp 1(different packages depending upon your OS and architecture 64 or 32) install it restart pc uninstall all vc++ runtimes restart pc install vc++ 2015 and it will work.
